Technical Analyst

As a Technical Analyst, you will be part of the team that uses new and exciting technologies to design, develop, and implement operational processes for a growing digital signage company with thousands of customers. It will be your job to implement technical projects such as systems integration, automating manual business processes, website development, technical marketing support, Salesforce support and administration, reporting, and more.   

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to research and implement automated solutions to current manual processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce administration, integrations with other systems, and development using Apex, VisualForce
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive and software suite, Excel, MySQL, HTML
  • Attention to detail, data analytics - can extract, transform, and load large amounts of data using automation and maintaining data integrity 
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Pluses, But Not Required

  • Working knowledge of business tools including Survey Gizmo, Google Maps, Salesforce AppExchange, MailChimp, Wordpress, Squarespace, Photoshop/GIMP


  • Provide Salesforce support for Sales Representatives both inside and in the field
  • Design and develop solutions within Salesforce to increase sales rep efficiency and provide more insightful executive reporting
  • Perform ongoing data maintenance and cleansing for current customers, new prospects
  • Develop and maintain main website and branded landing pages
  • Run ad-hoc reports as well as design, implement, and maintain reports for ongoing needs 
  • Support marketing efforts by creating graphics using Photoshop, designing email templates, updating website
  • Assist with customer retention by analyzing data, determining trends, and taking action
  • Assist with overall system support and integration including Salesforce, Quickbooks, Reporting tools, SQL databases
